Hadas Daniel Altshuler

Hadas Daniel currently serves as a first-year Jewish Agency for Israel Fellow. She was born into a mixed Jewish-Muslim family of 11 siblings(!), she grew up partly in a Jewish town, partly in a Muslim Arab village, and has spent most of her adult life living in a Kibbutz and in Tel Aviv. Hadas received her education within a Kibbutz framework that emphasized coexistence and environmental management.
She served as a lone soldier, underwent officer training, ultimately achieving the rank of Major before her release in June 2023.
She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management from Bar Ilan University. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to daily volunteer work with Lone soldiers, alleviating loneliness among the elderly and she led a leadership program for 7th-grade girls.
Hadas loves running and has set a goal to participate in the 2025 Chicago Marathon, a prospect that already excites her. She enjoys being constantly on the move, preferring to be outside in the sun and spending hours on trips and do outdoor activities.
